蜜汁叉燒 Char-Siu BBQ Pork

材料 Ingredients
梅頭肉 Pork Shoulder2 磅 lb (900g)
叉燒醃料 Char Siu marinade 1 份 portion
蜜汁叉燒肉圖片

做法
1.將豬肉切成 4cm 厚片。
2.將叉燒醃料準備好。
3.將豬肉和叉燒醃料A料放在塑膠袋內在冰箱內醃至少 1 天但不要超過 3 天。
4.將烤箱預熱到 400°F (205°C)。將肉片放在烤盤上﹐刷上叉燒醃料 B 料後放進烤箱中層烤20分鐘。
5.將肉片翻面刷上剩下的叉燒醃料 B 料後再烤 20分鐘即可。
6.叉燒要等涼了以後再切。



PROCEDURE
1.Cut the pork into 1.5" thick slices.
2.Prepare the Char-Siu Marinade.
3.Marinate the pork slices with Char-Siu Marinade part A for at least 1 day, but no more than 3 days.
4.Preheat the oven to 400°F (205°C). Place the pork on a grill pan. Brush the pork with Char-Siu marinade part B. Place the pan on the middle-upper rack and bake for 20 minutes.
5.Flip the pork over and brush the remaining Char-Siu Marinade part B. Continue to bake for another 20 minutes.
6.Cut the Char-Siu pork after it cools down.
